3. Third-Party Services

Stripe
Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment card information according to theirPrivacy Policy.
Supabase
Database hosting and file storage. Your account data and uploaded documents are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
AI Analysis (Anthropic Claude)
Inspection report analysis. The text content of your inspection reports is processed by AI to generate analysis reports. This data is not used to train AI models.
Vercel
Website hosting and infrastructure. Standard web server logs may be collected.
4. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained as long as your account is active
- Report data: Analysis reports and associated property information are retained indefinitely for your access
- Uploaded PDFs: Inspection report PDFs are retained for 90 days after report generation, then automatically deleted
- Payment records: Transaction records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
